  1. Marinate chicken and cube sized potato with red chilli and garam masala and salt.
  2. Take a pan an heat it..
  3. Pour 60 ml oil and place marinated chicken and potato in medium flame..
  4. Take it out from the when it is half cooked. keep the oil in pan. Use for the remaining process.
  5. Now add sliced onion sauté it until the colour change to light brown. Now you can add ginger, garlic and tomato for 5 min in low.
  6. Drain it and grid the above mix in a grinder and make a paste..
  7. Take a kadai pan heat it add oil add green chilli then add red chilli powder just sauté add the above paste in medium flame..
  8. Add chicken and potato mix well. Add methi leaves. Sauté for 2-3 mins.
  9. Then add water and salt. Cook for 5 mins then keep it into very low flame for 3 mins.
  10. Ready for serving..
