- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/4 of Garam masala.
- You need 1 pinch of methi leaves.
- You need As required of sunflower oil.

Chicken Albatas step by step
- Marinate chicken and cube sized potato with red chilli and garam masala and salt.
- Take a pan an heat it..
- Pour 60 ml oil and place marinated chicken and potato in medium flame..
- Take it out from the when it is half cooked. keep the oil in pan. Use for the remaining process.
- Now add sliced onion sauté it until the colour change to light brown. Now you can add ginger, garlic and tomato for 5 min in low.
