  1. It's 1 Packet of Rapid Rise yeast.
  2. Prepare 5 Tbs of Butter (unsalted).
  3. You need 1/4 Cup of sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
  5. Prepare 6 Cups of Flour.
  6. You need 2 Cups of hot Water.
  7. Prepare of Egg wash (1egg white & 1Tbs water).

  1. In a large mixing bowl cream your 5 Tbs butter. The softer the butter the better it will melt later on. After your have mixed your butter add in your salt and Sugar. Mix together until well combined..
  2. Add two cups of hot water. (I usually run my tap until it's as hot as it can get and use the warm/hot water from the tap). Combine the hot water with the butter mixture. Add in the yeast and combine. Let the yeast mixture sit for 10-15 minutes..
  3. You will notice your yeast has Activated once it looks as if it is bubbling. Once your yeast has Activated add in your flour and mix into a well formed dough..
  4. Kneed your dough until well formed and let sit in a lightly greased pan covered in Saran wrap until dough has doubled in size (about 30min-1hour)..
  5. Once dough has risen punch down and form into small rolls. You should be able to make at least 10 rolls. Set roll in greased pan and cover once again with Saran wrap. Let rise again for 30min..
  6. Once rolls have raised put in oven at 350* for 15-20 min (or until golden brown) use egg wash or butter brushed on top (if desired).
