Ingredients of Cookie Cream Delight

1. It's 1/2 cup of whipped cream.
2. Prepare 2-3 of digestive biscuits.
3. It's 2-3 pieces of sponge cake.
4. Prepare 2 tbsp of Strawberry compote/ Jam.
5. It's 1 tsp of powdered sugar.
6. Prepare 1 tsp of milk powder.
7. It's 2 tbsp of white chocolate ganache.
8. It's 1 tbsp of dark chocolate syrup.
9. It's 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence.

Cookie Cream Delight step by step

1. Using electric better mix the instant whipped cream (prepared as per the instruction on the box) with sugar, milk, vanilla essence and keep it in the freezer for 3-5 minutes. After that pour the white chocolate ganache into the cream and mix well. Again keep it in the freezer for 5 more minutes..
2. In the next step start layering the glass with the roughly crushed digestive biscuits followed by the homemade strawberry compote or you can use any fruit jam, diced sponge cake (Used Brittani milk cake)..
3. Now filled the glass with the choco cream mixture & topped with dark chocolate syrup & it's ready to serve but it taste better if put it in the refrigerator for couple of hours to set the dessert..
