- Prepare of Few slices of white bread.

- It's 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise.

Ceasar Salad instructions
- Prepare croutons - making croutons using homemade bread - preheat oven to 160°C. cut breads into small square or cubes. Next drizzle enough olive oil and mix to coat. (Sprinkle salt or garlic powder if using. We dont use any. Just the oil). Next, Spread these cut/cubed bread onto baking tray line with aluminium foil. Bake for 6-10mins depending on the oven. Turn Off the heat. Remove tray from the oven & toss, then return it back inside to slowly bake in the heat until golden brown & crisp..
- Clean & pat dry lettuce. Cut into bite size..
- Prepare salad dressing - place ingredients for salad dressing in a bowl. Mix everything until well combined. Taste. Add ground pepper & salt as needed..
- To Assemble - in a big salad bowl, toss together lettuce, 2 tbsp of grated/shaved parmesan & salad dressing. Place salad in serving bowls. Serve with croutons on top & sprinkle extra grated/shaved parmesan. Serve & top croutons on individual salad serving bowls just before serving, so it stays crispy.
